Katherine Perry is originally from Toronto. She grew up in the city where she was heavily involved with competitive swimming. She attended high school at De La Salle College. After graduating, she moved to Kingston to attend Queen’s University. While at Queen’s Katherine was captain of the Queen’s Varsity swim team and named Graduating Athlete of the Year for her role on the team. After Katherine completed her degree, she traveled to Shanghai and Beijing where she worked in health insurance at Healthline Asia.
After returning to Canada, Katherine soon got married and decided to relocate with her husband to the Township of Nipissing for the stunning natural beauty, family oriented environment and of course the opportunity to participate in fantastic recreational activities! Katherine is an active member of the community, most recently becoming a member on the Board of Directors for the Loring-Restoule Business Association.
Katherine fell in love with her new home and the natural beauty of the surrounding townships. Since moving to the Near North, Katherine has extended her family that now includes a 2 year old boy named Charlie and numerous pets!
After her experiences searching for, and eventually buying a country property, Katherine believed she could add valuable insight to those with a desire to buy rural real estate. Combined with her passion for design, recreational homes and cottages, a career in real estate was a perfect fit!
